Been here for 7 years, came in because it was the closest gym and stayed because of the environment and people associated with it. Very clean, not packed, kind trainers, awesome classes and just a great community to be a part of. I recommend it to anyone who’s trying to get a membership, give it a try!

Great gym and very friendly staff. Has everything I need and it's usually not too crowded, which is nice. However, it's annoying if I happen to go when there's a high school class in the gym or after a high school class has been in the gym because they don't wipe down the equipment and the TRX mats will have footprints all over them.

This is a really great gym. The manager and trainers are super friendly and helpful. The space and equipment are kept to a really high standard. The classes are fun and frequent. The people that attend are also very lovely; within a few days of starting you'll start seeing familiar faces. Would recommend to anyone.

I have never felt more unwelcome at a place that claims they boost your self worth and self esteem. All I wanted was to work out and feel good and instead I felt treated poorly and humiliated by the manager at this establishment. There is a fine art to customer service and this place does not have it. Sorry will never be back!

I love my gym...but one set back is that sometimes when you get there to tan or use the massage beds, you have to wait for the staff to come to the front. I've waited for 20 minutes a couple of times. They should put in a buzzer to let the staff know someone is waiting.

I would have rated this a 5 star if their black cards didn’t break. I’ve had to replace it twice and am not rough with my keys. The other gyms all have small cards that fit on your keychain easily and don’t break. Please change the cards!!
