Only two stars due to the women's only section, Lacking in equipment and space. Training sessions seem to take over many areas and make it impossible to use the equipment they set up in front of. Cannot complete most work out routines

The water was warm not like other pools that are being used for school teams. There were waves that you have to watch for, I'm not a great swimmer so I stayed shallow. There was a large hot tub that was great to warn up in. All in all it was a fantastic time

Really great welcoming atmosphere. Workouts are geared to individual ability, so there is a vast range of fitness levels and experience but everyone gets out of it what they need. Friendly and knowledgeable coaches and convenient location. Give it a try!

Great location & amazing gym! Wing is friendly & professional. I would highly recommend over personal training as value is high & workouts are well structured. I have great workout every single time! I enjoy the class and definitely feel the burn all over my body the next few days. It's affordable and result is effective.
