This would be my first choice for a walk in clinic when my family doctor isn't open. There's a few doctors there I've seen who were always amazing and helpful and caring.

Would not recommend this clinic. I took my one year old daughter in for a simple cough and the doctor informed me that she had down syndrome, which she very clearly does not. It was super unprofessional, considering I was inquiring about a cough. Not sure why it would matter regardless.

I would put lower but I can't. Took 2 hours for them to get to me and the room was empty!!!! The person there was taking calls instead of doing his job.

I used my Quebec healthcard and the doctor forgot to sign on the receipt. I needed to track him but could not see his name online on the dates he comes here. There was no way to confirm by calling. I took chances 2 days according to advice from reception and missed. Horrible doctors, horrible service. Check for yourself.

2020 EDIT: Seems to have new reception staff and a very friendly nurse. Dr. Chan has never been the issue so this luckily improves things drastically for patients at this clinic!

Only takes own patients for walk in. No one was waiting but wouldn’t take me. It’s crazy if you don’t have a family Dr you can’t even get seen at a walk in clinic. Would be nice to mention that one your website

This is not a travel clinic, they offer the service - and I quote from the person I talked to on the phone - "every once in a while". No idea what that means. They did not have even the basic information on some of the most common vaccines. Their website falsely claims to have most vaccines in stock.

Not a place you want your non-verbal, immobile loved ones to live!! The unexplained cuts, bruises, black eyes, broken thumb, dislocated shoulder injuries that were not charted are very disturbing to say the least!!
