I called in and placed a request for a service call. I spoke to a second person to confirm. On the day of the appointment they did not show up. When I called to find out what happened they had no record of the call and were condescending and rude. Shame.

I am satisfied with the service the technicians provided. I have screen shield setup on my house roof for blocking the pigeons coming over. I believed when my roof shingles was replaced, the roofer didn't put back the screen shield properly, causing pigeons problems for the past few years.
