Had an amazing time here! I was visiting from Toronto and had no yoga gear but was really craving yoga. The instructor had clothes and a mat that I could borrow for free! The class was amazing! One of the best classes I’ve been to. This will be my go to spot while visiting MTL

A wonderful yoga experience in old Montreal. We did the beginners yoga with Tanya. Her cues we’re awesome. After our session she gave us a list of places to eat food. Overall it was a great experience and she helped us make the best out of our trip to Montreal.
