One of the best place to enjoy Yoga, language classes, Sports (badminton, football, basketball, swimming and learn also). It is a perfect place in the middle of town of train your mind, body and spirit. YMCA downtown rocks... :) Thank you for your service and kindness.

The best: group fitness classes as they have great teachers. But the fitness centre can be noisy, crowded, unorganized and filled with low vibrational energies at times. Got verbally abused once at the gym. Sometimes, front desk staff can be unfriendly.
