Max is amazing! helped us over the phone at 2am with the heating system to isolate the problem so we could still have heating and sent a team early in the morning to fix the issue. Will definitely recommend them!

From the website I was impressed but was sorely disappointed. First their phone number did not work so I text them and they told me to call them again. Again it did not work. So I gave my number and still no contact. Not impressed.

We had a kitchen sink emergency. I called Pars and one hour later the plumber was there . On a Sunday on top of that. His attitude was very polite and efficient . He fixed the problem under an hour and gave us great advice!

The plumber was watching the furnace and doing nothing else (when he could have been) for a good 20 minutes. I was reviewing the invoice for 10 seconds when the plumber told-me "Hurry Up". Very rude.

Incredibly expensive. He charged 1 hour just to go get the pump for an electric furnace in some supposed warehouse. Before hand, he told me that he was changing a lot of those pumps. Since he does, I'm sure he has a few in is truck at all
