Howl like a Wolf here baby. Every 15 minutes the trainer gets on the loud speaker and asks everyone to give their best Wolf cry. Mine was so ferocious I nearly scared the crud out of myself, man, next time I'm coming with a friend.

Ironside Athletics has been such a great and inspiring place for both me and my young son. He joins the elementary group twice a week. He begs me to go nearly every single day. He was disappointed when it was changed to only two days a week instead of four!

Great gym! Great training with Joey! Open floor with a turf for endurance, free weights, a few machines. Have classes for everyone from youth to train for sports to the elderly. The gym is quiet during the mornings, busier in the afternoon with youth classes. Been going here since they opened last October. Go see it for yourself!
