I've been coming to this gym since it opened in 2018 and it has got to be a record for longest commitment to working out consistently for me. It started out as a fun way to try anew workout for and yet I'm still here almost 2 years later:)
The trainers are excellent; they make personal modifications where necessary taking into account all levels and you’ll always be greeted with a smile and by name! Tanya pushes you to your next level! Awesome
Hands down the best gym I've ever been to! The trainers are all awesome, you get a different workout every day and you dont have to worry about running late or missing a class time. Always 30 mins well spent!
Excellent option if you're pressed for time but still want a hard workout! The drop-in hours are a godsend, just go when you can! And 30+ minutes later you come out after an intense 9 round workout, with various drills and under supervision
If you’re looking for a great, full-body workout that flies by, this place is for you. I’m only able to make it about once a week, but I can still feel a difference. Tanya and her team have also been incredible about adapting the workouts to accommodate my pregnancy. Highly recommend.
The location is convenient. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive. The circuit offers a variety of challenging exercises some of which include weights. The boxing part is the most fun because you get to kick/punch the heck out of different bags. I really have nothing negative to say about it.
