Great place to work out, coach is knowledgeable and has some great background in athletics. He has noticed where my weaknesses lie and modifies my workouts to create a more well rounded body strength.

Finally found a place that provides well rounded fitness ... not intimidating yet challenging. I was out of shape and desperate to find a way to get motivated. Am on month 4 at Adonis!

A coach is very professional and has an incredible background in coaching. He pays attention to everyone to make sure that you do all your exercises right (for me it's crucial). Training is very powerful and intensive with winning atmosphere.
