If there were 10 stars to give, I would most definitely rate this place. It's a home away from home. From the Amazing staff and supervisor to the serene environment. It speaks professionalism in all its ramifications.
This is a wonderful child care centre. The staff are so friendly, and welcoming - they greet each parent/child with a warm smile. From the many activities that are planned daily, to the beautiful outdoor playground - this is a place filled
Unfortunately my experience with Big Dreams was a terrible one.I was told upon signing up that there would be a camera system in place, there wasn't!
Editing to add: Updating my review to indicate that I was soooo happy with the previous management and staff. The kids and staff are so miserable there now. Children are constantly crying... DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE!
Worst policy ever, even if you inform them in advance that you are withdrawing your child they still charge you for the next whole month and don't transfer the amount for your future registration. We wasted a lot of money in this. the manager lady too doesn't sound helpful.
What an amazing team of teachers at Brownridge YMCA, you couldn't hand pick a better group. And the food... my son won't eat anything at home since he started there. He will go through 2-3 portions of everything, and honestly, so would I. I

My son was here at COMCCS (Father John Kelly) for summer camp and he loved it. He didn't know any of the kids or staff when he first attended but immediately loved it and had lots of fun and got to know everyone. He now knows and loves the staff from all 3 divisions he attended - St. Joan of Arc, Father John Kelly, and St. Cecilia.
A truly amazing place. I could not be happier. Amazing teachers. Amazing enviroment.

The Supervisor Janice is really professional and friendly. Teacher Yunjeong Jung, she is really nice and patient too. My son really loves her class.

Volunteered here during high school. The environment is great for new and veteran parents to bring their children under 6 years old for exciting group play, sing-a-longs, reading, etc.
