I never thought group exercise would be for me, Bomb has changed my mind. The instructors are all great in their own way and the members form a supportive community. The owners, Victoria and Kevin, are trainers themselves, they teach classes and are engaged and attentive. I cannot recommend Bomb enough!
Finally a good dance studio, where teachers are nice, music is great and you leave every time you join them with happiness and lot of confidence!

Cbarre studio is everything you could ask for and more - consistently clean, quality instruction, welcoming environment and an overall great workout! I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend Cbarre classes to anyone just starting out in his/her fitness journey or to those looking to amp up their current workout regime.
Excellent workout. Very challenging in a friendly bright environment. Many if not all of the instructors have dance training; gives you a real appreciation for the physical effort in dance. My balance and posture have improved immensely since I started at CBARRE.
Loft Cycle Club is an amazing studio. The facilities are clean and modern. The staff are excellent and make you feel incredibly comfortable and welcome. This is a great studio for both beginners and experienced riders. Love spinning with both Rich and Brett - excellent energy and amazing music!

After a snowboard shoulder injury, Chris helped me heal to the point where my shoulder feels stronger than it used to before the injury, which is incredible!
