F45 Ossington is the best! I have never been consistent with any workout plan until I joined F45. Now, I attend classes 6 a week. The classes are challenging and varied. The super trainers are motivating, while providing an appropriate amount of guidance. This place really is changing lives!!

If you are ready to lose weight, tone up, and feel great, FIERCE FITNESS is the place to be. Meagan kicks our butts and makes us love it all. Small group classes are totally fun and personal training sessions are killer. I have lost over 20 pounds of fat since starting with Meagan 5 months ago. RESULTS!
