Went to a first class today, got an intro pass, which I now totally regret getting. The teacher was very rude and unpleasant, the worst yoga experience I have ever had in my life. There are so many good studios in Toronto I would totally suggest to do practice somewhere else/
Used to love this location but now it's the worst. Renovations mean you have to walk through the entire gym, littered with equipment and bodies working out - just to get to the change rooms. Nearly tripped over some weights left lying
Great gym with great trainers. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. There’s currently construction ongoing, but that doesn’t get in the way of using the equipment. I train with Brendan and he’s very motivating and gets great
This is a very busy gym with highly trained and very supportive staff. It is kept clean at all times. Equipment is clean and highly maintained. It has a very welcoming staff and hospitable atmosphere.
Excellent gym, really convenient location, now undergoing a renovation which (and this part I find unbelievable) - has no affect on my workouts due to the incredibly professional staff running the show. Brendan Pereira is my trainer and he’s the best there is. All in all, this gym is fab.

Great gym! Probably best in Toronto. New, well kept equipment. Never super busy. Best steam room in the city. Great staff, and smoothie bar. One thing they could do better is extend the weekend hours to 10pm - busy life, would make it easier to hit the gym on the weekends...but love the place :)

Victoria Lavinskas and team at Totum are a wonder part of Summerhill. Victoria is fun, outgoing and extremely professional. Chiropractor Andrew Sulkowski is the best I have seen for sports-type injuries, and I have seen a lot of physios, doctors, and chiros over the years. He gives me exercises to do so I don't have to keep coming back unless it's needed.

The best fitness centre I have been too. The trainers there are truly passionate about fitness and are very knowledgeable. They make you feel like you are part of a community. The bootcamp classes are reasonably priced and a killer workout in just 30 minutes.

Great HIIT group training and a good, realistic schedule--none of this 6am or nothing morning classes. However, the women's change room situation needs to be sorted out. There isn't much room to change and if someone opens the door, anyone can see in.
Bootcamps here are okay: they cram a lot into 30 minutes, and you can get a good sweat and feel like you've got a lot done. They are kind of frantic, though, and the instructor I had most often seemed to be giving about 50% of her energy at best. There are better bootcamps in Toronto.

Just a beginner - finished the foundation program and started classes. Coaches are very knowledgeable and teach you technique in close 1v1 sessions before joining classes. Learned alot! Classes are intense but fun!
