Staff was fabulous. Signage very clear as to where to go, and who to wait for.

Very rude triage nurse. All patients were distressed as no one had a clue whose turn was next . She would not answer any apart from' sit in the red chair" like a robot. Patients were jumping ahead of their turn and overall chaos because of one person. Should not be in people interaction job, more so a hospital.

This is the most disgusting ER. We have been waiting for hours and staff keep walking around slowly, passively, completely withdrawn. You ask when you are going to see a doctor and get no answer. This is supposed to be an EMERGENCY! Heartless idiots.

Was a walk in for my father 86, needed ears flushed out because he could not hear anything. My mom confirmed they could help. Waited a very long 2 hours to be told by dr that she was unable to help only gives prescription which he did not
There is rarely someone behind the reception desk.
