3.5 stars. I ordered the "Carbon Mac and Cheese" with beef brisket as takeout from the Carbon Bar location in the Kitchen Hub (Etobicoke). Based on the menu description I had envisioned the beef brisket being incorporated into the mac
Every time - great food, great drinks, great service. Get the big meat platter for sure! Best Side: Mac and Cheese. They make perfect Martinis. Like real Martinis, not just the ones made with fruit juices. On a date/double date I prefer sitting on the lounge side in a booth. In a large group you can't beat the chef's table.
Last night my husband and I went to Carbon bar to celebrate my husband’s birthday. I have some dietary restrictions which includes an allergy to onions which makes eating out difficult. I had emailed the restaurant ahead of time to ask if
Recently ordered the pit master platter for 2 and the Mac and cheese with the addition of pork ribs on top. The Mac and cheese surpassed my expectations- very creamy and a good, healthy portion of pork ribs on top. The pit master platter
Great upper class casual spot. Good for dinner and drinks before the show. Booze menu is diverse and solid. Raised by Wolves highly recommended. Food was decent and service was engaging. Would return after financial recovery from last bill. Bring your wallet.
From last Saturday night: Very accommodating and friendly staff. Perfect ambiance to relax and enjoy a great dish of pasta. Reasonably fast service. Highly recommend.
Excellent and cozy restaurant in Little Italy in Toronto. The restaurant has a cute outdoor patio and fireplace. The staff was great, they kept checking up on us, gave us a complimentary dessert due to noise level that didnt bother us at
Had an excellent dinner with my dad on my 30th birthday. Wonderful and attentive staff and the food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended. A great trendy Italian restaurant.
The atmosphere was cozy and romantic. The pasta was good either but portion size was a bit small.
Great date place. Perfect for special occasions or a quiet romantic dinner. A bit pricey but a great kitchen.
Went here for their Wednesday wing special for the first time and I have to say the wings are great. Properly seasoned with just the right crunch and the quality speaks for itself. If you’re up for a short wait, it if definitely worth the
Very good wings. The buffalo sauce was a bit on the vinegary side but they were nice and crispy. The cheese sauce could be a bit stronger. The medium hot sauce was very nice. Good place.
This is definitely the better location. The staff are really friendly and the place isn’t understaffed. The wings are large and delicious. I must say the hot isn’t as hot as I remembered and the super-hot wasn’t very hot either so not sure
We went to Duff's on a Tuesday night and even then this favorite downtown wings spot was completely full. The wings were crisp and flavorful though I hope I'd have had the hot instead of the medium hot. The apps were also good. We had the mac n cheese bites and calamari. Also Tuesday night wings deal is great for wings fans.
My favourite chicken wings place downtown.Go on a Tuesday for their wings deal which makes it totally worth it! I always get the super hot wings which have an amazing flavour. I would highly
I've always loved this place. I used to frequent the upstairs patio before the fire because it was a great place that was covered but still had the enjoyment of feeling outside. That had been closed since though. They have done a beautiful
It's been a long time since I've visited but I must say it was way better than I remembered. Great menu and everything tasted so good, and fast service. Highly recommend it
We held our daughter's baptism reception here and it turned out to be just perfect! With 35 guests, we were all able to fit into our own secluded area. The food was incredible and you would expect it to be much more expensive for the
I think this restaurant deserve great review because of it’s great foods and great environment. I also think it’s very nice restaurant too !
Their pasta in pesto sauce and also rose sauce were yummy! Portions were also generous. Can’t wait to go back :)
We had an early dinner at Regina Pizzeria & Trattoria yesterday. It was wonderful. Awesome pizza as an appetizer then gnocchi gorgonzola, spaghetti carbonara and veal parmigiana. Topped off with homemade tiramisu and delicious cappuccinos. Great Italian restaurant!
Great service, great cheese bread. Yummy pizza. Both the medium pizza and the bread were too much for just the two of us. Next time we get the small. Cute little spot in downtown "Little Italy". Old traditional vibe.
I recently traveled to Canada to visit the Italian section of Toronto. I was disappointed with how little I found that was Italian until I discovered Regina. There I learned that my family and the Regina family were from the same part of
Staff are super nice. Space is cozy and comfortable. Food is great. Nothing fancy but traditional tasty Italian. Prices are incredibly reasonable for the humongous portions. We will definitely be back.
The crust was thin (as it should be!) and the toppings weren't overloaded with cheese, u can tell what's on your pizza. The best thing, was having blue cheese in Quattro Formagi 😍. I loved the family vibe and the staffs were really nice
I adore this place! They have good dishes, they have a rich menu, The chef in that place is a real authority in the kitchen, I love very much trying all their dishes. The food is always tasty, the service towards the customers is friendly. I go often to this restaurant and I was never unsatisfied. I highly recommend it.
I was very disappointed with the food, and quite frankly find the average rating baffling. I had the gourmet burger for 15 dollars, pictured, which tasted very familiar, as I believe it is the “irresistible” brand prime rib burger from
Been coming here for years and everything about this place is consistent. Good food, good atmosphere and fantastic staff! We live in Costa Rica in the winter and we really miss The Dip. See you in May!
T’was my first time visiting and eating at “The Dip” in Little Italy, and I was happy I did. The patio service was excellent. I wish I could remember our server’s name, as her service was so friendly and prompt. Servers have the ability to
A classic of little Italy. And for Toronto. A solid selection of Italian traditional foods and some new takes on the old. Great staff and atmosphere. They are very open to meeting your particular needs.
Large selection of games and cool washroom designs. Good food but very pricey. Good place time get tighter with friends to chat and play a game or to of three. There is a large wall bookshelf full of games. Multiple of same game so more than one group had a chance to play the same game.
Great place to play a few board games and have a few drinks with friends. The seating was great and definitely a great atmosphere to socialize. I would definitely recommend visiting for group activities. There's a board game for everyone. Just ask the staff for recommendations.
I’ve been here multiple times. Snakes and Lattes gets a lot of praise. I think it’s well-earned.
Great Boardgame cafe. Good choices of games, beverages, drinks and food. Great vegan options too. Only drawback is the price to play games is a bit expensive. There are other places you can go to that are cheaper or even free, but Snakes and Lattes is a unique experience. It's great if you go in a big group, or for date night.
I love this place. I've brought a large variety of friends here for outings and they have all had a great time. The staff are friendly and knowledge about their games and drinks. Their peppermint hot chocolate is to die for! The
Great service, appropriately price, we will be going again.
The food was delicious, but the atmosphere was terrible. I've never been in a restaurant that loud before. Very difficult to hold a conversation.
Cole, the bartendar was amazing! Took care of us and knew what we wanted. Absolutely made my experience here fantastic.
It is a disservice to rate my experience with only 5stars. The staff and food are world class. Being an avid traveller for both business and pleasure Giancarlo is a jewel in Toronto. I've yet to have anything on their menu I would not have again. Beautiful, classy and delicious!
Neil, was great. Service was exceptional. FOOD WAS AMAZING.
Delicious and spicy food! Cool venue and good service. Avoid sitting within 7 meters of the downstairs because the scent of bathrooms lurks.
Food is awesome and the prices are decent! I went on a weekday later in the evening and it was fully packed- very busy. Reservations are a must! Sadly, I was really not impressed with the service of this location. I should not have to wait
Amazing tacos. I had the cod and chicken thigh. Both were very spicy but super good. The atmosphere was really chill and the service was good too! We had a someone with us with a lot of "dietary" restrictions and they couldn't really accommodate her since most things were "pre prepared."
Some of the tacos are very spicy, and I did not see anything on the menu to indicate spice level (which would be really helpful for those who are sensitive to that). Also found that the wait staff kept like running away from the table (for
Really cool spot for Mexican food, sangria's are really tasty. Pricing is affordable. Give then a try, but call ahead for reservations usually always full.
I just loved this place for the food and the wait staff expertise. Brilliant selection of uncommon Spanish wines, including some really special unusual dessert wines. Plates were great Spanish fare of exceptional quality, best shared by the table. Best octopus I've had in Toronto. Bit noisy for me. But I will be back.
Seriously one of my favorite restaurants in the city!! And I have tried most of them! This place never disappoints!!! You actually will be surprised!
Cool hipster looking place. Staff is very helpful with the menu and their specials. Attentive, but not overly in your face.
Was there in September. Pros: every single dish was absolutely amazing. WE ordered huge variety of items and loved each of them even though they were so different. Everything was fresh ans tasted like nothing I ever ate before. Cons: You
Absolutely amazing experience. Our server was so nice and knowledgeable, recommended the tasting menu which is ~60-80 dollars per person which I didn't know about but took the decision right out of our hands. I loved the Basque Cake dessert
Wonderful atmosphere, great for dates. Various options for vegetarians and vegans. Proportions were large, so large my partner and I had to take food home! Great prices and customer service! Definitely plan to go back and try other foods on the menu.
Excellent place for omnivores, carnivores, vegetarians and vegans. The vegan pancakes and chicken waffles are to die for!
This spot is SOO good. We've done take out here a few times but decided to eat in. Found out there is a whole back seating section that has an amazing vibe to it! We ordered a bunch of food... I think I ordered a chicken salad bowl and some
I loved this place. You have tons of options, the portions are quite generous and the food is really good. A great place to go for brunch.
Very clean small restaurant in a great location. We stopped off here after we were walking for some time during the Taste of Little Italy. Great staff. Great food. Loved the little vases made out of mason jars with carnations and the little tea lights. It made for a very nice ambiance.
Most of the food were delicious, though the portions may have be a tad small. It has a great atmosphere, intimate while catching up with company. This is a tapas style, so order a bit of everything to share with a small group. They also have an excellent selection of wine.
The service wasn't great at all. It took a while for the server to take our order because he was preoccupied by other tasks. The food was mediocre but the environment was good
Gold rose coloured lighting /sconces give off a very warm atmosphere. The ambience is great. Burrata and tuna tartare ~fantastic. Pasta is predominant on the menu. Would love to see more roasted vegetables & salads on their menu which would make me a regular. See pics - no filter . That is the warm ambience in this space .
I really expected a lot from this with all these great review but it was just okay. With the price tag, I did not think it was worth at all. The pasta was completely under season - I was pretty upset. I get that this is a fine dining kind
An absolutely amazing dining experience! The food was absolutely incredible! The staff were genuine and welcoming! It is a very warm and cozy atmosphere! Only downside to the evening was when it got busy, because it's a smaller space, it
Best sandwiches in the city! Great service by staff as they are always super busy. Love the chicken and veal sandwiches.
One of my favourite Cali's. Also probably the hottest out of them as well so I will usually stick to medium at this one
Dang good Sammy's. If you don't like olives you should learn to like them because these ones are amazing. This is basically a historical place, they've been serving thousands of satisfied customers daily for years. It's basically the only
This is simply one of my favourite restaurants in Toronto. The sandwiches really are that good.
The menu and service were above my expectations. We surely enjoyed the environment of this restaurant. Fantastic restaurant to take my family out for dinner.
This is my place haha. Ive grow up going to this place. Amazing pizza, I love the owner. Staff very nice. The restaurant its self is actually quite large and they have a lot of outdoor space. And they have bread before the meal, yummy. I like this place!
I came here on Tuesday with two friends we had a lovely server she was more then willing to explain the menu! She also recommend a glass of Red wine for my friend that paired really nice with his meal! I ordered the fried calimari and shrimp it was really tender and fresh! Over all and amazing meal with wonderful service!
Reliable, good service, tasty Italian dishes and a selection of reasonably priced wines. I'll guiltily admit I are a burger there a while ago and I pronounce it the best burger on College Street!?! Where else can you enjoy a burger with a glass of primitivo?
I had the rigatoni, was delicious! My wife had the gnocchi, exactly what you expect, very tradicional. They could have fresh cheese tho.
My pizza was delicious - my friends had two pastas and we had some red wine. It was friendly enough. The food was tasty - crowd was middle aged but kind of all ages and we were happy with the service and speed of service!
Wow, the food was authentic Italian and delicious. It was a small and dimly lit restaurant with one waiter. It was not crowded, surprisingly, but he was very good and gave us a very good service. The atmosphere was very relaxing and
Fantastic dinner with a big group. Space is quite small but the atmosphere and the food was amazing. Staff were very friendly and took care of us throughout the night. Stuffed mushroom cap was the best.
I have been going to La Forchetta for years; since 2003, to be exact. It is simply a beautiful restaurant. Throughout the years and the staffing changes, I have never had a complaint about the service. The food has been amazing time and
Got the Valentines Day 3 Course Special. Very impressed with the level of customer service and ambience of the restaurant. Food is very flavourful, well presented and timely served. Definitely a must-try in Little Italy 🇮🇹. 👍👍 After trying the creme brûlée, my girlfriend says she doesn’t want to leave. 😂
Pasta was OK; we have definitely had better. Gnocchi was too creamy. Mussels were a bit small, but the seafood pasta was good. Sea bass was previously frozen. Kids found the restaurant a bit dark.
After hearing all the reviews about bitondo’s pizza, I decided to go and see what all the hype was about. I have to admit that the pizza was incredible. The location of this place is small but enough to fill a couple of seats. I had their
Love the pizza!Basically get 2 slices for the price of 1.Your traditional small mom and pop pizzeria which seems to be around forever.Nothing better than having a traditional pizza.
Authentic Italian cuisine, off the beaten path, so worth the short walk down Clinton from College.
Really good bowling style pizza. Very cute place hidden away from the main street. I have ordered from here a couple times now. The quality is good and the staff is nice. There is space for you to come sit down. They also offer take out. I can't wait to try other stuff on the menu!
Absolutely amazing, old school pizza 🍕 cheesy panzerrottos, haven't gotten to try sandwiches or pasta yet, terrific!!!!!
I’ve heard the food is really good but I went in and sat down, and immediately saw a rat skitter across the floor. I was so grossed out that I just left without ordering and probably won’t be back.
Great food and great service. I highly recommend this place 🔥🔥
Went here today for a winterlicious reservation and it was very busy. We arrived about 5 minutes earlier than our reservation time and it was very packed. A table was not ready for us, but the person who greeted us said they would look into
Went with a group of friends and family and were able to get a table without too much of a wait. Service was super friendly and efficient. I had the ravioli which was incredible but I could've eaten a few more bits. My husband wasn't a fan
Always enjoy myself at this establishment. Food isn't cheap but it tastes great and the portions are generous. Intimate, so perfect for date night.
One of my favourite spots in Toronto! Everything in here is amazing, from the ambience and the deco, the food, and the drinks. The deco is very Gaudi-esque, and I'm in absolute awe everytime I go there.
Here with a group of friends for drinks. The service was impeccable and friendly, the drinks were spot-on. We ordered a few of the house cocktails and a few classics, and all were very well-made. Note that seating is limited, so be prepared
Great place if you are looking for a quick bite. Clean, simple and uncomplicated. Service was quick and our server made excellent recommendations. We loved every bite. Lively young professionals in an upbeat and trendy setting. Loved the
I liked the food but it's pretty overpriced for what you get. I love their cocktails though. I can tell they do the work to create such menu and it's worth the money. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful when making recommendations. It's definitely an interesting local spot to try when you get a chance.
One of my favorite bars in Toronto! Don't leave this place till you try the smoked mackerel and hot octopus. The flavors will give you a little glimpse of Spain.
Trattoria Taverniti is a wonderful Italian restaurant. Everyone is amazing there and momma Rosina is so charming. The food is exceptional!
Checked this place out a couple weeks ago. Calamari was very nice. Pasta was delicious. Was pretty annoyed with dessert - told me they had a dessert of the day, gave me a slice of tuxedo cake from costco. I mean, really? Otherwise, there
Incredible authentic Italian food at a reasonable price! Love that the servers and the atmosphere are very much Italian as well!
I don’t know the server’s name but she was amazing and tended to our table frequently even though it was super busy. It was last Friday. The food was amazing from appetizers to dessert. Even their espresso was amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. Prices are reasonable but the space is a bit small.
Very good food at a reasonable price. Highly recommend getting the gnocchi or pizza. The restaurant is small and cozy. The staff is friendly but they are busy in there.
Found this hidden gem while exploring. Friend bailed on me that day so I decided to eat alone at Tondou. The place looks bigger than I thought it would be, friendly server, very comfortable environment. Came around when it wasn't busy.
Food was nothing special.we only went there because it was open late.. found plastic in my food. The server apologised but did not offer any discount. I wouldn't have wanted it anyway but the gesture would have been nice.
The first time I went here the ramen was average and acceptable. The second time I went here the ramen was mediocre and the service was miserable.
Had to pay with cash since it was so late but luckily there was a bank near by. But dispite this this place is a great place to go. The food was good and the server was excellent!! If your in the area you must go to this place!!
House specials are generous. Local brewed beer and late night options. Decor is rustic chic. Recommended for lunch, dinner, late night snacks, whatever the cravings .. this place will satisfy.
Great food. Great service. I was quite hungry when I popped in and the lovely man working in the kitchen put together a very tasty meal in quick time. Note it was made to order.
Great food with good service.
Fresh, clean and yummy! Amazing food. A Halal food place with great entrees.
Best butter chicken in Toronto. Akash makes designing all the different flavors of each dish look easy. The menu is always growing and it never fails to bring me back again and again. Ask what new features are coming up, or what everyone keeps coming back for and you won't be disappointed!
This place was a great find, the burger and chips tasted great and you can tell the people there take pride in their food to ensure the highest quality. The service was great, the place was clean. Highly recommended. #Halal #GourmetBurger #Burgers
