This is one of my favorite restaurants in the little Portugal neighbourhood. I have only ever got the chicken from this place because why mess with something that is so good. The potatoes are fantastic especially in the hot sauce. If you are going to KFC next door then you are doing it all wrong.
Good to see this place and these people open and feeding the community.thank you.obrigado por ficar aberto nesto tempo de cris. Long time customer.customer for life
Best Portuguese comfort food in the area. Quick and no frills and huge portions. Come hungry!
This is my favourite Portuguese Churrasqueira in Toronto. I have tried many different places and this is by far the best in my opinion. The food here is fantastic and always consistent in flavour. The portion sizes are large and their
This is a very very hidden gem in the area. The food is very traditional and the people are very nice !I would strongly recommend the beef!!!! Yummy.
Fantastic brunch. Highly recommended. Finally got a chance to visit.
Do you like it when staffers purposefully avoid eye contact, so they don’t have to greet you? How about when servers explain the menu in a condescending tone? Well if you like being ignored and spoken down to, this is the place for you!
I'm not vegan but I enjoyed the flavors here. The Caesar salad was tasty, with nice textures and crunch as well as being generous portion. Kim Chee home fries were flavorful, but would be a lot better if the potatoes weren't cut in massive chunks! The music inside was way too loud.
Cozy place in a very convinient place. We got two bowls which were really good, especially the sauce that came with it. Stuff were nice and friendly, and the food options were wide enough. I found the service fast as well,(maybe because
Absolutely love this place! The food is just delicious, and there’s so much to choose from! We’ve been twice, and the food quality and attentiveness was consistently excellent. This is a definite vegan favourite!
Great Pizza, fresh, hot and a real value at $9.99. Walked by this place many times, figured I'd give it a try. Glad I did. Highly recommend this pizza. Nice staff.
Compared to most of the major chains, you can expect a higher quality pizza here from Pepe (pleasant fellow who I believe owns the place) vs any of the local independents and leagues ahead of franchise chains. To top it off, you can order a pizza, get some groceries, walk back, and grab your pie in 15 mins. (located next to No Frills)
I had a great night here on Wednesday night, there was an art show opening going on in the dining room space and it was really cool. I didn't expect that and met some really nice people. The pizza and cold beer was great.
We grab a couple fresh cheese slices sometimes after getting groceries next door - always reminds me of a NYC pizza. Thin crust, good oils and cheese, crispy and gooey at the same time. Ordered a few pies recently for a company event and was a hit!
The place serves large portions and for fair prices. very kind employees. Keep up the good work.
This is one of the best hidden gems in West Queen West! There are food/drink specials every night of the week, you can build your own charcuterie/cheese board (hello!! AMAZING), superb beers on tap (that rotate frequently!) and staff are
My second visit to the place, amazing charcuterie and cheese boards, quick service and a decent wine selection. Good prices and a very nice ambiance. When it is packed can feel a little bit noisy and cramped but the food, service and drinks
It’s been our regular date night spot for over three years and we never get tired of this place. The Monday half price wine and Thursday $20 steak and wine specials are the best. Service is always great and the food is consistently good.
WHAT TO TRY??The steak is really good. If you like the steak cooked medium rare, this is
So pleased to come across this place! The atmosphere is cozy and friendly, the staff are personable, the drinks are well rounded and reasonable, and the food is well paired. I was out with a friend and wanted some nice drinks and shared
This place satisfies my cravings. Authentic Thai and lao cuisine. My favourite is the "gang phet". If you love spicy this place is the spot for you. Also for the non spicy eaters they can accommodate to your liking. I've been eating at this
Honestly now one of my favourite places in Toronto. Very reasonable prices, great portions and most importantly amazing food. Good people too! Would have taken photos but was too busy eating everything.
I’ve been there a few times and I always leave with a full belly and a smile. I ordered take out for game night as well. Their fried chicken and rice is always a crowd pleaser and the green curry is my favourite even though It can be spicy
Tried Pad Thai (spicy level 2) and curry (level 3). Both were good but the curry (level 3) was extremely spicy. The server didn’t tell me that it would be that spicy... it was a real pain.. :( If you choose either level 1 or 2, it would be perfect!
A rare gem in an increasingly gentrified area. We had the Lao Pad Thai and Souk Gai which was delicious and affordable. We’ll be back to try the rest of the menu! Definitely downsize on your standard spice levels. They don’t mess around with spiciness here.
Really enjoyed the Pho from this place. Very nice modern atmosphere, good place to bring friends to enjoy some good veitnamese food.
Restaurant has a pleasant modern decor, with extensive menu of Vietnamese dishes. It is debatable whether their claim of "Fine Vietnamese Cuisine" would be justified. Operation is under-staffed which affects service. Pricing is on the high
One of my favorite Pho spots in the city and definitely the best in Parkdale. The basics are all done to perfection, as their broth is truly spectacular. They also offer an interesting budget menu for small or single items, perfect for
The food was delicious. Service was excellent. Very nice staff. Special thanks to our server Justin. Great job.
Food is always good and sometimes excellent. Prices are reasonable overall, but somewhat higher than the places in Chinatown. Get the stir fry with Basa fish and rice... a spectacular meal!
USED TO RATE THEM 5/5 BUT LAST FEW TRIPS THE PIZZA QUALITY IS HAS GONE DOWN...THEYVE CHANGED THE FOCACCIA STYLE BREAD AND MADE SO THIN NOW THAT WHEN BAKED IT GETS TOO HARD (THE CORNER PIECES).
Food is 10/10, the service is amazing. The staff are very attentive and helpful :) I highly recommend the Carbonara and the Beef Ragu! Huge generous portions, and the best part about it is... its fresh.
I go to the gym across the street from Levetto Liberty Village. Decided to give it a try and have been back many times, both for fine in and take out. The Arugoka Salad and Pasta Amatriciana are my personal favourites. All good is fresh and made in the open kitchen. Service and ambiance us low key and casual yet very kind and friendly.
Ordered two pizzas (one small, one large) and one pasta to share between 3 people. Everyone ate until they were full! Funghi pizza was our favourite; one of the best vegetarian pizzas I've had. Love the dough of the pizzas. Pasta was so
The fungi pizza and pistachio fungi pasta were so delicious !!! The food came pretty quick, they are very fast and the place is cozy with good service. When we first walked in, we didn't have much expectation but surprisingly,
Amazing dinner at ViaNorte tonight !I had the Rib eye steak, it was cooked to perfection as requested and the vegetables were just as great!
Wilson is an amazing server. Food is delicious and worth to come back for. Nicely timed meal serving time and a great atmosphere.
Went there for summerlicious. Excellent service and great food. Our server was super nice and super attentive. He talked us through the menu and helped us out with our questions. Inordered thebgrilled sardines as app...it was delicious. The
Summerlicious is so good.Looks plain but the taste are really good
Fantastic food here. We came for Winterlicious and it was a great decision. We had braised lamb shank and ribeye steak. Both were tender and flavorful! The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. We will definitely come back to try other dishes.
They have no waiting time and provide customers with efficient and friendly service. Had a great experience here. The meal was delicious and the cocktails were amazing too. Would highly recommend both this and its sister restaurant the Seoul Shakers. The Dyno Wings are a must try
Excellent food! Place is very well hidden and there are no obvious sign you're at Hanmoto. Portions are small and expensive so this place is definitely more expensive than the single dollar sign suggests. It's definitely at least a 2 dollar
Product/Service: 5/5Everything is delicious. My favourites are the salmon diy wrap kind of thing, the wings (I came back for it), and the amazing eggplant dish. Servers are helpful
Amazing place! So tiny, but worth the wait! The waitress was so nice and let us know how long our wait would be. We let her pick our food for the table and everything that came was so delicious. I love coming here when visiting Toronto. Get the Deviled Eggs.
The best food in Toronto!! We had it delivered by Uber Eats last night and it was just as good as the restaurant!! To all the Irish people who read this The Curry Poutine is a must!! The flavour will remind you of back home!!! Xx
Had a excellent experience in here with my girlfriend. The food was served rapidly and the service is just great. Prices are fair.
This dessert tastes amazing, it reminds me of a big delicious Ferrero rocher
I tried this place already with a friend and I am addicted ever since. I love the great ambience and fresh food and beverages. Great work.
I go to this great restaurant a lot! This is my favorite place to dine. I visit this spot routinely. The cooking is very tasty, the team is welcoming and the prices are good. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant over a nice dinner.
It is hard to give four⭐ to this gem. Food was absolutely awesome deserve 5/5. The service was more like 2 🌟. When we came in the server who greeted us was on his phone texting. When he took our order his phone was beeping all the time! He
Amazing place. Super friendly staff. Great for dance and good moments. I will come back any time.
We went here for the album premier of the band Han Han. It's a nice place for new musical talents / potential future superstars. I would have loved to go to the Friday Cuban dance, but I guess the lines outside would be super long! The mojito I ordered was not the best.
Started with dinner and drinks, the food was excellent, soup, vegan dish and desert were all amazing. The hollowed eggplant with vegetable stew was just perfect. The Salsa lesson was a lot of fun.
Good place to dance if you love salsa, live orchestra. Cover was $20 and a beer $8I would prefer more kind of music instead of only salsa.
The atmosphere is really great. Awesome live bands and good djs. However, don’t waste your money with the fixed 3 course meal it’s not worth it, the food isn’t that great. Some apps are ok but that’s about it. They do make a mean sangria so
My new second home in Toronto! Awesome spot with a great vibe and delicious food & drinks!
Laid back spot with great food and drinks menu. Home fries and dry rub wings are to die for. Good place to watch a basketball game. Picture doesn't do good justice for the place. Will be back soon!
Great vibes for the raptors playoff game. Staff were super friendly and really added to atmosphere. At one point Chris came around to our table and introduced himself to which doesn't happen at other bars. Will definitely be coming back here!
burger and fries are great and chill spot to talk and hang out
Watched the game there last night. Might have been the best bar atmosphere I’ve experienced for a game. Excellent service, cocktails, specials, music and all around atmosphere. I haven’t tried the food yet and I hear it’s the best part. Excited to go back.
Came here on a Saturday night and the place is small but for how well rated it is, it was surprisingly not packed. The menu is simple, which helps. Got the double cheeseburger and fries and the order took about 5 mins to prepare. Bread was soft, patties were tasty. I’d probably come back.
The place has a nice minimal look. Got the cheese burger, it was fine, it could use some seasoning though, lacked
I have tried burgers from all across this great country. Most of them are fine. I never thought I would find one worth writing a review about. This is that burger. I was doubtful walking into a nearly empty room, with no seating,
Honestly, one of the secret burgers places in Toronto. But easily in my top 3. Such a great greasy burger that balances well with the pickles on by default.
This burger joint is LEGENDARY! I tried the double a couple of weeks ago...it's the only way to go. Hands down the best burger in the city of Toronto. GET DOWN THERE!
This is a locals secret vegetarian/vegan joint. You wouldn't know what it was if someone didn't tell you about beforehand. Delicious "pulled pork" bowl, highly recommend. Ambiance has character in spades.
The bartender is weird, worries too much and kills all the mood. Food is mediocre and a bit overpriced. Feels like this place was cool one day, but not anymore.
Great small bar with friendly staff and local patrons. Casual and hospitable.
Grabbed a bite after getting tattooed at Imperial the other day & was amazed at the incredible food, this place is a hidden gem! Tiny and cute with a ton of vegan options, will definitely go back!
Hidden gem in the city. Loads of vegan options. Always a good time.
Ordered a Chicken Pad Thai yesterday for take out and I was disappointed. I expected more from SukhoThai, since they are one of my favourite Thai restaurants. The Pad Thai was full of noodles but lacked bean sprouts, chicken and tofu. The
Everything on the menu is delicious. My favorite two items are beef Khao soi and tom yum kung. Medium spicy is HOT.
Must try! Extremely good food. I tried the red curry and the portion size was really good (could use a bit more rice though). I asked for extra chicken thinking the chicken might be less like most places but the extra chicken turned out to be too much haha!
Been here countless times. Amazing food and service. The Pad thai and the cashew chicken are highly recommended.
My son said it was the best Thai around and he was not wrong. The food was substantial and very tasty. Perfectly spiced to medium. The only concerns were there were only 2 of us so we could not try more items and a limited beer choice.
Great food although I agree with another poster about the potatoes always being under cooked and rubbery. By far though the food is great and good value for the money... Check it out if you can find parking which may be tough most times due
The food is pretty good but doesn’t taste as juicy as the Bairrada at College. Once in a while I even walk the extra mile to go to the one at College because of that. But if you plan to go to this one, you won’t be disappointed either, I
Great taste, good price. The quail has a great flavor. The waitresses are so kindly!
Nice, clean, casual atmosphere, authentic Portuguese food, reasonably price and friendly staff. Try the Caldo Verde soup, Saturdays - it's the best!
Sad little spot. Food is average. Does not have that signature grill flavor of great Portuguese. Good value.
I love the patio here and the food is delicious!
This place is absolutely darling. It’s not very big, though I have yet to see their patio (this is a late post, I went around spring). There is so much natural light flowing into the space, and there is just this calmness to the atmosphere.
Wonderful meal, but the Tiramisu Pancakes were the best part of it all. I could come back and eat those every day.
Great food and service in a cozy setting. The veal sweetbreads wrapped in cured speck and cotechino tortelloni were good. There are 3 dessert options and a cheese plate for those that want savoury items. Ordered the pear frangipane tart with almond cream and wine poached pears and it was delicious.
Great food and drinks, delightful atmosphere, and excellent service.
Great desserts and food with plenty of seating. Parking can be difficult as in this area the meter maids love going crazy as they tend to do in ethnic neighbourhoods. Yay government thanks for finding us off ! Now as for the pastries I'm
They have quite the selection of pastries, cakes and desserts. I don't know much about Brazilian food but they're are amazing. Just a feedback they should put naming on every item so people can know what's it called before they order and
I just loved their dishes. I always get excellent customer service there. The place is neat and the employees are always super friendly. I highly recommend this place.
This restaurant is my favorite. I go to plenty of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The team is very helpful and the food they offer is so yummy. I am always happy to have a decent meal here. Highly recommended.
We love eating out. Last night we visited this magnificent place which friends recommended to us. We had a delightful evening there with great dishes and a nice team and a talented chief cook. We added this fine restaurant in our phone list and we will certainly visit again soon. We highly recommend.
This place is a great late night spot. The people working are always really nice. Love the guy with the long hair he always gives great service. Pizzas are HUGE and reasonably priced.
Taste was great, loved the crunchy parts. Slices need more tomato sauce though, got many bites with just pure cheese and crust.
Price for your portion is great. You get one big slice cut into 2 slices. They have a special garlic sauce to spread onto the crust too which is good. However I wish there was more tomato sauce. It was a bit dry.
Massive slices. Generous cheese and pepperoni. A nice sauce full of intense flavour. Very enjoyable. Friendly staff too. We'll be back.
Thin crust pizza. Very generous slices. Perfect for a quick bite or to sit and chat over a slice. The place is clean, staff is friendly and the price is fair. Very yummy.
This little unassuming gem simply has some of the tastiest Chinese offerings that I've had the pleasure of enjoying. Every dish has its own unique flavour(s) instead of most of the food tasting the same. Even better, the prices are very
This Chinese/Canadian-fare diner is nestled in on Queen St west amongst a nice walking area filled with shops, butcher, baker and more.
Had the Combo 2, was really good. Was happy to find a neighborhood Chinese Food restaurant.
Great breakfast deal. Good greasy spoon mom and pop type restaurant
This is what I got for $6.50: 4 eggs scrambled, home fries, 3 sausages, 4 pieces of toast your choice and a coffe/tea. Like, how do you even beat that. Sure, it wasn’t fancy or any quality food, but it’s not bad. Came back for a second time
