Went for my first class on Friday. Definitely will not be my last. Staff made me feel welcome, instructor taught a class but made sure to check up and encourage me, workout was intense but fun. Highly recommend Hayley’s Full-Body class! There’s also a fuel bar at the 1st floor. What more can you ask for?

Challenging workout but the music was wayyyy too loud and left most people on the treadmills guessing at what the instructor said and when they should change pace. Pretty sure one of the speakers almost blew out at one point when the volume was maxed out and my ears are still ringing. Should not need to wear ear plugs to workout.
I love riding at Eastwood, with it's bumping beats at every class! It's great for beginners and you have the choice to choose your own intensity as you get more comfortable with every ride. The instructors are amazing and they bring great energy to each class.
