Imagine a spin class on a rowing machine! I didn't think that I could row for 45 min, but it mostly works your legs and core (not arms/lats). Plus, it's broken down into intervals and they give you breaks. Great music, high energy, and awesome coaches. If you're looking for a new workout, this is it!

It's rare in Vancouver to find a gym where the coaches and participants are so genuine, friendly and passionate (and they're not trying to hard sell you on a membership or give you pink gloves because you're a lady). Love it here.

Great studio for getting a sweat on whilst learning boxing technique from the team. Very cool space and a warm, friendly environment. Lots of different classes on offer which cater to total beginners all the way through to those who have had more experience (amateurs etc.) Would highly recommend!
My sister (who had her second baby four weeks ago) and I tried the Boxing 101 class with Anna. What a good time! It was the perfect amount of physical and mental challenge for both of us - not only a great workout but great skills to learn. I can’t wait to get back and keep progressing!
A friend convinced me to try boxing at All City Athletics and I’m absolutely hooked. The morning classes are well taught, fun, energetic, and give you the right mood to be in for the rest of the day. I’m doing 2-4 classes per week from now on!
