It's generally busy. If you book early, there's no wait time but if you book for the afternoon, you'll be waiting am hour to see the doctor. It's good the pharmacy is in the same shop. Dr. Tam is retiring soon, and the other Dr doesn't accept ICBC and WCB claims.
