As a regular customer I almost take offence reading the negative reviews:’(. These people would never rip you off. Pets are expensive, I know I would of fallen through the cracks many times without pet insurance. In my almost 7 years here
I am so grateful for the staff here. They really care and they try to be as accommodating as they can. My dog was sick recently and they were still able to help me within my my budget. I have never been to another vet that genuinely wanted to help the way these guys do. And now that I've found them, I'm never going anywhere else.
I have been taking my animals and buying food from Yaletown Pet Hospital for years. They have a great team throughout the clinic, I have never had a bad experience. My dog loves to go there and I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else.
Really cool staff and area. Love having coffee here at the 7-11 around the corner and hanging out and listening to good tunes before taking my pit bulls in for service.
